Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
That said, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you experience any construction issues or fit concerns related to our workmanship, we are happy to review the item and assist with appropriate adjustments where possible.
All concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and must be supported with clear photos and details for assessment. Items that have been worn, altered by a third party, or improperly handled may not be eligible for review.
