Fullest Part of the Bust

To measure, lift your arms and wrap the tape under your armpits straight across both nipples around the fullest part of the bust.

It’s best to keep your bra on unless you are specifically shopping for a garment you’ll wear braless.

Smallest Part of the Waist

To find your natural waist, bend slightly to the side. Place the measuring tape around where your bend is, and measure around the waist with the tape flat against the figure, snug but not too tight.

Mid Waist

Measure 1 inch below your belly button.

This is required solely for mini skirts with a mid or low waist.

Filipiniana Sleeves

Locate the top of your shoulder bone. Wrap the tape measure around your shoulder and under your armpit, following the natural curve of the armhole.
