Care Guide
Each June 12 piece is carefully crafted by hand using delicate fabrics and considered construction techniques. With proper care, your garment can be worn, treasured, and passed on beautifully.
-
Cleaning
We highly recommend hand-washing:
- Use cold water only
- Use a mild detergent
- Do not soak
- Gently press—do not wring or twist
-
Drying
- Do not tumble dry
- Lay flat or hang to air dry in a shaded area
- Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause fading or fabric stress
-
Pressing & Steaming
- Steam whenever possible
- If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting
- Always place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric
- Avoid direct heat on seams, boning, or embellishments
-
Storage
- Hang garments on padded hangers to preserve shape
- For delicate or structured pieces, store in a breathable garment bag
- Avoid plastic covers, which can trap moisture
- Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity
For longer-term storage, gently fold with acid-free tissue between layers.
-
Wearing Notes
- Avoid contact with perfumes, deodorants, oils, and makeup
- Be mindful of jewelry, bags, or rough surfaces that may snag fabric
- Structured garments are best worn with care when sitting or moving
